RICLOUD CORP. is the subsidiary of Yuxing InfoTech Investment Holdings Limited. Having its principal place of business in Hong Kong, Yuxing InfoTech Investment Holdings was established initially in Bermuda in 1999 and was listed on GEM, a board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in early 2000.
